About Course

Course 1: Cellular Health Repair

The Foundation of the 6-Course Sequence

This is not a detox. It is the reconstruction of the intracellular ocean.

The 21-Day Cellular Health Repair Protocol establishes the micro-environment upon which all subsequent courses depend. Without cellular hydration, mineral gradients, and membrane integrity, metabolic flexibility (Course 2) is impossible. Without metabolic stability, gut repair (Course 3) is temporary. Without gut integrity, inflammatory control (Course 4) fails.

You will not begin with food. You will begin with the water your cells swim in, the electrical charge across their membranes, and the autophagic machinery that clears accumulated waste. This is the physics of physiology.

The Architecture

Module 1 (Days 1–7): The Intracellular Environment. Fluid balance, mineral density, and the establishment of electrochemical gradients.

Module 2 (Days 8–14): Cellular Energy & Redox. Mitochondrial efficiency, antioxidant hierarchy, and the transition between cellular cleanup and construction.

Module 3 (Days 15–21): Cellular Autonomy. Integration, maintenance protocols, and the handoff to metabolic training.

This course provides wellness education. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before implementing any protocol, particularly if you have kidney disease, cardiovascular conditions, or take prescription medications.
