About Course
Course 4: Anti-Inflammatory & Joint Relief
The Fourth Layer of the 6-Course Sequence
This is not pain management. It is the resolution of inflammation.
The 21-Day Anti-Inflammatory & Joint Relief Protocol addresses systemic inflammatory load now that cellular metabolism and gut barrier function are stabilized. Through resolution mediators (resolvins, protectins), synovial fluid support, and the elimination of inflammatory seed oils, you will transition from chronic inflammatory initiation to active resolution. Each day combines physiological education with single-variable implementation to encourage sustainable inflammatory regulation without reliance on NSAIDs or immunosuppressants.
The Architecture
Module 1 (Days 1–7): Inflammatory Resolution. Foundational strategies that establish the biochemical pathways for inflammation resolution: lipid mediators, antioxidant enzymes, and the transition from initiation to repair.
Module 2 (Days 8–14): Tissue Repair & Mobility. Targeted interventions that enhance collagen synthesis, reduce cytokine load, and restore joint mobility through mechanotransduction.
Module 3 (Days 15–21): Inflammatory Autonomy. Advanced integration practices that lock in inflammatory resilience, establish intuitive pain-signal interpretation, and create protocols for flare management.
This course provides wellness education. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before implementing any protocol, particularly if you have autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or are taking anti-inflammatory medications.
