Course 6: Glycemic Control & Insulin Sensitivity

The Sixth Layer of the 6-Course Sequence

This is not a diet. It is the choreography of glucose.

The 21-Day Glycemic Control & Insulin Sensitivity Protocol is the most clinical module in the sequence, positioned here so participants possess cellular, metabolic, gut, inflammatory, and vascular resilience before tackling glucose regulation.

Building upon all previous courses, you will learn that glucose control is dangerous without foundational stability. Through post-meal glucose curves, insulin sensitizing movement, carbohydrate periodization, and hepatic glycogen management, the protocol addresses insulin resistance and beta-cell preservation. Each day combines physiological education with single-variable implementation, with mandatory Precision Notes for those on hypoglycemic agents or insulin.

The Architecture

Module 1 (Days 1–7): Glucose Surveillance & Stability. Foundational strategies that establish glucose monitoring (subjective or continuous), post-prandial control, and the prevention of glycemic volatility.

Module 2 (Days 8–14): Insulin Sensitivity & Beta-Cell Rest. Targeted interventions that enhance peripheral glucose uptake, reduce hepatic glucose output, and preserve pancreatic function.

Module 3 (Days 15–21): Metabolic Reversal & Autonomy. Advanced integration practices that lock in glucose control, establish intuitive carbohydrate tolerance, and create protocols for social eating and restaurant navigation.

Medical Safety Notice: This course provides wellness education. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician before implementing any protocol, particularly if you have diabetes, prediabetes, or take glucose-lowering medications. Never adjust medication without medical supervision.
